I'm Moe Davis. I'm a retired Air Force Colonel, an attorney, and the former Chief Prosecutor for the terrorism trials at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I was the 2020 Democratic nominee for Congress in North Carolina's 11th congressional district. I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, which suffered catastrophic damage from Hurricane Helene.
