I'm Moe Davis. I'm a retired Air Force Colonel, an attorney, and the former Chief Prosecutor for the terrorism trials at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I was the 2020 Democratic nominee for Congress in North Carolina's 11th congressional district and I'm running again in 2026. I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, which suffered catastrophic damage from Hurricane Helene. I want to do everything I can to help everyone in this region -- Democrat, Republican, Independent, and apolitical -- recover and move forward.
